Don't get it. Ate well work out.
174.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 24.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.9 lb a week

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. So many things can affect the scale. Could be water retention in the muscles from working out, too much sodium etc. It's a good article.
