Ed Endicott's Journal, 26 January 2011

As I get closer to the overall goal, I'm noticing the weight loss has slowed to a crawl with the exception of a few large spurts here and there. The other thing I am noticing is the body is starting to tighten up a lot more. Girth is shrinking, pants are getting looser, and it looks like I'll need to buy a new belt this weekend. The weight training surely has something to do with this.
182.8 lb Lost so far: 100.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The last pounds can be hardest to get off. Weight training is amazing. The inches you lose is so great. I would rather weigh 150 and be a size 4 then weigh 140 and be a size 6 (and flabby). You are doing great. Just keep going and it will come off.
