Why is it that when you start a diet you are automatically starving. I hardly eat anything and I am not hungry, but as soon as I start trying to document what I eat, THEN I am hungry! Drives me crazy!

Hi there. I think its an automatic reaction: restricting your food leads to overeating, leads to guilt=> more restriction. Its a vicious circle. Instead of restricting, try just to log what you would eat normally in a day. Do this for a week or two and then take a look where you can make changes. I took a sneaky peek at your diet calander. You spend nearly 300 kcal in sugar and coffee creamers. And you are very low in protein. I find that protein keeps me full and doesn't cause cravings. Hope you don't mind me intruding :)

Thank you for your information. My husband tells me to cut out more of the coffee creamer and sugar all the time, but I need it!!!
