suffering with a shin splint after running, managed to get them about 2 years ago, when i was running alot, which then caused me to discontinue. Now every time i run (especially on hard surfaces) they reoccur. Managed to cover a distance of 15 miles in the gym today, whilst climbing 108m, think thats sufficient cardio. going to be focusing more on strength and toning in the next month though. Did a body check and BMI:22 BF%:15. Its going ok. :) chin is up.
