I started Atkins Induction yesterday. I'm excited and nervous. I'm so use to watching my fat and calories that this is rather scary. I felt like I gorged yesterday. I'm not a big meat eater normally, so this is quite different. I'd love to hear any suggestions or if someone could take a look at my food from yesterday and let me know if I need to make any adjustments. I'd appreciate it! Anyone else that just started?
