Doing well at 1500 calories. Starting to drop now at one month in and I bought a pair of size10 jeans for the first time in about 8years yesterday. A good day.
171.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
