Still doing pretty well but starting to slow down a little on the weight loss. Will probably have to get serious about exercise or lower carbs/fat soon. in DC for my trip to Puerto Rico tomorrow morning -hope I can stand myself in my new suits!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
