Feeling very depressed today...well, this week really. I'm not sure if it is the weather or hormonal related. But, I feel very low. My eating has been insane this week. I haven't started back to drinking soda, but everything else has been really off. I've had no energy to exercise, run, or do anything more than lounge around this week. I feel like I can't sleep or eat enough. As a result my weight has sky-rocketed.

Someone please give me a swift kick in the pants to get myself back on track.

No kicks from me. Been there, done that and know that it will come back to you. Kiddo here and we hit the bakery. Yeppers. Also hubby's birthday celebration, so enjoying the good eating. Will be back on track either tomorrow afternoon or first thing Saturday.

Try having carbs for breakfast and no carbs for the rest of the day; I felt like that last week and somebody told me i am not having enough carbs.
