I'm not sure how I still managed to lose. I cheated one day this week with Sushi, now I have to start over getting back into ketosis. I missed several days this week in the gym due to cramps and soreness, now that's over with back to kicking the scales butt! Scale you goin down!
264.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
