Are you exercising? A combo of cardio and strength training (light hand weights) will do wonders for getting rid of back fat (all over fat). Losing weight does help, but won't firm you up. And you are right. Losing the weight is only half the battle. Learning to keep it off is the other. You will forever have to watch what you eat. I made my peace with that fact. I can never go back to eating "anything I want". It sucks. You are doing great!
