Well it took a bit of being creative but I finally broke that 130 mark and am now 124. I am going ot hant on to that like crazy and loose more. My goals was originally 120 but the way things look I have dropped that to 115 to get all the back fact off that I use to NEVER get but in my older age have discovered YUCK! So since I have my weight loss going again I am going for 115 lbs. That means only 6 more pounds so here I go working at it again. Then I have to work on the stabliztion of that weight and not loosing more or gaining any of it back. See once I get on inducton it is hard for me to find my way of eating daily to keep it at that weight and not loose or gain anymore. I feel like I need to keep working at it lol.
124.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you exercising? A combo of cardio and strength training (light hand weights) will do wonders for getting rid of back fat (all over fat). Losing weight does help, but won't firm you up. And you are right. Losing the weight is only half the battle. Learning to keep it off is the other. You will forever have to watch what you eat. I made my peace with that fact. I can never go back to eating "anything I want". It sucks. You are doing great!

Oh yes I am exercising. Not as regular as I need to be but I am exercising. And yes I can not go back to the old way of eating I ballon up lol
