Well you are already a skinny minnie so it can be harder to get the weight off. Go on Pinterest and type in Fitness motivation. It always makes me go and work out. Focus on fat loss and not just "weight loss". Fat loss will help you look leaner and smaller. Get plenty of lean protein, lean diary, fruits and veggies. Check out a boo on amazon by Bob Harper. I think it's called "Three Week Jumpstart". You do it for 3 weeks and it's supposed to help you lose weight quickly. You can do anything for 3 weeks. You can do it!
