Today was a really crazy day. Had to take my son to a wrestling tournament. They last all day and rarely have healthy options in their cafateria. I ate oatmeal for breakfast and snacked on a granola bar. So I didn't blow my diet. I came home and made a healthy dinner. I also made a homemade cake with chocolate frosting for the boys. I let myself have a quarter of a slice. It was good, but I didn't want any more than that. I am very proud of myself.
