I am still doing low carb, but counting points with Weight Watchers seems to keep me in line, and also keeps me being more conscious of low fat as well. My cholesterol has been running high and I need to watch that as well. I am up16 pounds and need to get those off. Havent been watching what I eat since thanksgiving. time to get serious or else I will be back over 200 again and I dont want to be there again. Man!!! this being over 50 is had to control the weight!!!!!
