HCG drops
Hi, just my feed back on the HCG. I did it three times and got my weight down to 155 from 190 in about 6 months. I felt soooooo good. I followed the after care to a T. but then I got a carb craz feeling and gained back more than where I started at Sad. Landing at 200#, I have never weighed that much. I did a couple series again and got down to 180. Again I did pretty good, but got a carb craz feeling and gained up to 229#. I have never weighed this much in my life!!. I blame it on the HCG. I lost pounds wonderfully and felt sooooo good. But the second you eat any carbs..... bamm..... the weight comes back on almost over night Sad. I am now on the new weight watches program, and that teaches how to eat sensible and not use any fad to get to your goal so that you can continue the same plan when you hit your goal. I have learned, for me, that following some strick guideline, will set me up for failure later.
