I thought for sure I gained at least half a pound this weekend. I worked out like crazy so my muscles are sore, which tends to make me retain water. Then I ate a cream-based soup and extra bread yesterday, which also have made me retain water in the past. I am starting to believe in my body and its own power to just work for me. If I keep working out 6 days a week, follow my diet, drink my bottles and bottles of water a day, it WILL happen!
