The first 5 Kg in less than 3 weeks.

The best part is that the diet is not an effort. I'm not hungry, I fill fine in my stomach (I use to have stomach ace before) and I'm starting to fill lighter.

I can even place the small computer table over my lap without the huge belly being a problem.

5 off. 26 to go.
244.7 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
