How is it possible to eat 600 calories, burn 500 at the gym and still be the same weight? That's right oh you have to eat your body metabolism will slow down...yipee maybe i plateau'd.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Well you are down 10lbs in 10 days, which is insane. So your body may need time to adjust. The closer you are to goal, the slower it may come off. If you stay the same weight for a few weeks, then you know you are on a plateau, but you have been losing every day. What's your secret, lol! Give it time and the scale will move again. It may slow down to a pound or so a week. Although I wish I lost like you, dang!
