I really wish these headaches would let up so I could exercise. I know you shouldn't let anything get in the way, but when your head is pounding you really can't stand to do much of anything. I've tried different things (advise from others) chocolate, and even some sugary candies thinking that my body might be going through some DT's LOL didn't help. So back to OCD in hopes that will help! Oh well, maybe someday my body will start working with me instead of against me :)

Sometimes it seems like everything is working against us-hope those headaches go away and let you get on with what you want to do. how is your eating plan going? I am going out for lunch so need to make a plan for that. Keep in touch my friend.
