Dagnabit! Made myself a salad for lunch and brought a yogurt. . .then I drove past Wendy's and a greasy cheeseburger sounded good, so I got one poop! I'll have the salad tomorrow. I do well eating healthy for a day or 2 then plunk off the wagon I fall. I'm hoping when (if) spring gets here the warmer weather will make me more motivated. We are back into the -5 to -20 windchills this week. Yuck! I'm so over winter!

Try telling yourself as you drive by a fast food chain that the food smells funny and you will get to the point you will believe it. I have gotten past the wanting fast food cuz the smell of hamburger and burning grease really stinks

ah, I remember those days! My secret is to eat BEFORE I'm hungry, never go shopping hungry, so, when I drive by a wendy's I feel nothing. :) Of course, eating a huge breakfast is paramount. then eating a good filling lunch, before I'm hungry, and by evening I'm not interested in much food, only have a healthy snack, or indulge in lemon pudding, or an apple, almonds, tangerine. Keep it up, you are paying attention to what you are doing, so, you will win! :)
