ah, I remember those days! My secret is to eat BEFORE I'm hungry, never go shopping hungry, so, when I drive by a wendy's I feel nothing. :)
Of course, eating a huge breakfast is paramount.
then eating a good filling lunch, before I'm hungry, and by evening I'm not interested in much food, only have a healthy snack, or indulge in lemon pudding, or an apple, almonds, tangerine.
