Got the first 5 pounds of weight loss out of the way. Feels good to see the scale go down instead of up now. Just have to keep hold of my plans and continue to eat healthy while incorporating medifast foods. My goal is to lose 5 pounds a week, but last week was off because of the weekend party. This weekend will be challenged since I am having a girls day out with some friends to look at wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses for a wedding then eating afterwards. I guess whatever I eat I have to think sensible...and if all else fails...SALAD! lol!
363.8 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 183.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WhooHooo. So happy for you. Plan what you are going to eat before you go and enjoy the day out for the social aspect more than the eating. Have a great time and keep your personal goals in front of you.

Yay for lower numbers on the scale! What I do when we all go out it figure out where we are eating first...then do some research online about what "healthy" foods they offer. If you have android or a blackberry there are alot of apps that cater to that too. But I think you have to pay for them

Have a great time this weekend....I am with Bekka, I usually try to research where we're going and what they have that I can have. I usually decide what I will eat before I go out because if I;m at restaurant and starving I will order something baaaaad...lol! Good times on the 5lbs lady!!
