i snack all night last. :( after i was done I was sitting there like I total did not mean to do that. So I got on my exercise bike and did thirty minutes . I still have the thought im suppose to be losing weight. This site is really helping reading others thought and what they did is good inspiration.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
