I been snacking but i have been watching it too. Im so pumped to keep going ... I tried what you said 2big2fit... to get angry with the junk food. It works! Freaking two pounds. So excited to keep moving forward.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's awesome! I did the same thing 21 years ago when I tried to quit smoking for the millionth time. I got angry at the cigarettes that were controlling my LIFE. It works. :) And so I totally understand. Bravo to you; and keep up the good work!
