Tough Mudder (www.toughmudder.com) is only a few months away and I'm getting a bit nervous. It's ranked one of the most demanding races in the world and I believe my training is a bit off. I am at where I need to be cardio wise to complete this race, but I need to add in some more strength training. Started lifting the last 2 weeks and this will certainly help. Also going to give a crack at their training routine that can be done at home after my evening runs.
Also signed up for Warrior Dash (www.warriordash.com) which is the 5k equivalent to Tough Mudder. This race should be cake after I finish Tough Mudder!
