I need to seriously stop going to Big Lots, they have awesome prices on "snacky" foods: cookies, chips, pretzels, rice cakes - all the foods I'm trying to stay away from! On the bright side, I seem to be doing well weight wise, even though I've been over my RDI like crazy.

That could be me over estimating how many calories I'm consuming or it could be me underestimating how long I am out there running. I can't never remember to check the time before I leave or when I get back in...

Also, no tornado yesterday, so I was out again running. It was a short run, but at least I made it out there! I know my pup was super happy about it! :D
103.6 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Snack food can be bad depending on what your go to one's are. Mine are dark chocolate, prunes and apples with peanut butter. I am so glad popcorn and ice cream are no longer things I want to eat while pregnant. :)
