Ah...i need to get back on the horse...I don't know why, maybe it was all the alcohol and the 1/2 BK meal the other night, I thought I was doing good, but i think too many potatoes...ect... I am now only eating egg beaters and potatoes 2x a week instead of every day. I will also have popcorn 2x a week too and replace some of my snacks with Yoplait.

Look at it this way, you got to eat BK and beer and still lossed half a pound. That is great. Sometimes we need to do those things in order to stay on plan. Great job!
