I have done well on my diet and lost 10 lbs. I am not eating carbs but I am still drinking. I bet if I quit the drinking part I would lose more weight.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
