Well here goes nothing.....I am fat as hell and frankly embarrassed that I let myself get to this weight. How did it happen? Enough with all that, I am working out 5 days a week and even when I work I make myself do as much walking as possible. I am going to try to lose down to 150 pounds. I want to be healthy and a good example to my kids.
