Hi Nvrquit I was like that last week. It's in the past. Don't worry. Just pick up from where you are today. I would step back and breath, accept where you are today and make a plan on how you'll take it today. Don't worry about tomorrow. Just now.

I'm in the same boat, can't stop the binging! I keep trying new things, but nothing sticks! Water is a good resource. And I guess cutting out the carbs to a large degree. But I'm speaking to myself as well as to you! Good luck!

We lose control for a variety of reasons. We might actually be hungry if we are not consuming enough to keep ourselves satisfied, we might be emotionally eating or we could just be having a melt down moment for another reason. I think we all do this from time to time. The important thing is you are recognizing it. Eating when we are hungry is most important. If you are eating because you are truly hungry then being able to stop when you are satisfied is the key. Knowing you can eat again later if you are hungry again helps this process. When you are eating emotionally it is very difficult but I find I have to sit with my emotions, admit to them and embrace them. Sometimes it means I cry my head off or get really angry and bitch and moan. It is ok to do this. Giving ourselves permission to have our feelings helps us to stop stuffing them down with food. Anyway, this is what I have experienced...your mileage may vary! Hope this helped and that you are on your way to feeling wonderful about yourself very soon.
