I need to start recording my food again. I'm at about 172 lbs and holding post holiday. I would like to loose another 5 - 7 pounds. Just trying to get leaner.
I am back in most of my skinny clothes now and I need to have a lot of clothes altered.
Tracking food is such a great practice. I will not be able to loose the last 7 lbs without tracking my food intake.
