Last day before heading out to Barbados... I'm pleased that I lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks, but I'm sure I'll put on some weight while I'm there! I will resume the diet when I return. Cheers!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
