I see all these people posting losses of 4 or 5 lbs. Some even highter! I wonder if you are eating healthy? or are you starving yourself? I have always heard 2lbs a week is a healthy loss.

I've read that in the first 2 weeks, it's not uncommon to lose 10 pounds or so, it's after those first few weeks when the huge weight loss is an issue
