Good Morning. Another AWESOME weigh in. I've lost another 1.6 lbs !! I think since September 26, 2013 I've had only 2 small gains (not bad). Our area had a wind storm during the night, along with rain. We didn't lose power but areas South of us did. I've been riding my exercycle quit a bit since the weather has been so wet. Time for Breakfast..... Marlene
