I am having a really hard time getting myself back on track 100% on the diet. However, I am watching what I eat in general. I must admit that I ate a "McSkillet Sausage Burrito" from McDonalds for the first time today. Here I thought it would be an "ok" breakfast with little bread, but I could eat the other stuff...WRONG! It had chuncks of white potatoes in it! Yeah...it was REALLY good, but it has a LOT of calories, sodium, cholesterol, fat, etc. etc. etc. Then on top of that...they made a mistake and put a hashbrown in my bag too!!! Talk about testing my self control! But, I did good and gave that to a co-worker. So, I have to watch what I eat for the rest of the day even closer now though because I did eat all of the burrito. If I was wise, I would have only eaten half and then thrown the rest away...but, as I have admitted many times...I AM A WEAK PERSON!

Anyhow, I have to ask if anyone has ever tried "Acai berries"? I have been reading about them EVERYWHERE for the last couple of months. I am usually not a compulsive shopper, but something about what I had seen really made me interested. So, I went online, looked them up, found many sites about them, and ended up buying them. Let me tell you that they aren't cheap. Anyhow, I am trying a trial of them and was just wondering if anyone else has tried them and what your opinions of them are? One thing that most of the websites stated was that the berries are NOT sold strictly for weight loss. They are a berry and used for health purposes as well. It even suggested I take a B12 vitamin daily also. I chose to get the pill version of the berry. It comes in 3 versions: 1. Frozen all natural berries, 2. liquid form, 3. pill form. I got the impression that the pill form was the best choice for people who wanted it for weight loss. Anyhow...now that I just seemed to have given a small advertisement for it...does anyone have any feedback about it?
