So I still have the desire to lose wt, but have done poorly. I find myself struggling which "diet" to follow....south beach, weigt watchers etc... and go back in forth. Do I cut carbs? or do I count calories argh!!!! I just don't know. Today I had bkf at Cracker Barrel with a friend and ordered Eggs in a basket with egg beaters and turkey sausage and water. Lunch was a mixed green salad with bacon bits, feta cheese and italian type drsg and diet coke. I had 2 pieces of dark dove chocolate also...........I will prevail.

Choose a plan that fits your lifestyle and the way you enjoy eating. If you can't see yourself lowcarbing for the rest of your life, than maybe pick a different plan that allows you to eat more carbs. Whatever you choose, you need to stick with it for a while. Going from plan to plan does not always work out well for some people. Good luck!
