Tried a little something different this morning - 1/2 c grapefruit juice, 3/4 water, and greenberry shake -> it had a BITE to it! (We're getting low on Almond Milk). Workout: Turbo Fire HIIT 15 and AB 10 + Stretch 10 and Low Back Floor exercises 10. I'm slowly working myself from complete low impact to a little more jumping. The lunges is where I can allow myself to jump! Boy howdy does that work out my legs!!! And let's just go there -- I did this workout the day before yesterday -- including the abs. OM! My abs were in great pain this morning...lots of sound effects escaped my lips this morning. And I totally couldn't do them all and certainly modified most all of them. (SUNSHINE!!!)
*Youth trip has shifted to Saturday and we're down 3 people. Still a good group going. Good news is we're not bringing as much food. :)
