I am on a downward spiral, been binging.

Hang in there and keep your chin up. I have a habit of breaking and binging as well. Try to set a reset date for yourself. Pretend it is a new start to your weight loss...or make it a new start completely. Don't allow yourself to give up and give in just because you had a bad day, days, or weeks.
