Today I started phase 1 the induction phase of my diet and I went over my Carb intake but I really needed the prunes today if you know what I mean. I did my food and exercise diaries and I checked-in with my group. I'm way under my calories though and I not sure if that is going to slow my weight loss. Only time will tell I guess.

My husband got a little upset with me tonight because I had a chicken salad for dinner and made him chicken Alfredo. He asked why I gave him pasta. I told him I made dinner for him and my son and he said I should of made him a salad to. Then I explained to him that I would be eating a lot of salads for the next couple weeks and he said he would eat them to, coz he doesn't want to gain any more weight either. Lol.
