Weighed in at 134.8 pre workout and 133.8 post workout. Seems like I didn't do much of anything from last week to this week. I'm getting a bit anxious to see those 20's though. I haven't since sophomore year. I've stuck well to the vegetarian diet but I'm not doing as well going vegan. Baby steps I guess. Not seeing any changes is a bit discouraging but at least I'm not going backward this time!
