The Love of Fit's Journal, 10 February 2014

Had a bit of a mishap last night - ate two cookies. I can see them on my belly today. But I am happy that I only ate two instead of falling into the trap of eating 4 with some extra dough. I can see that my body wants to change but it's lagging a little but and making it difficult to still be excited about this new diet. I've been trying to stay off meats, limited dairy and no sweets - so far I've done pretty well but this can't happen soon enough haha.
Hopefully this week will go by and I'll begin to see the changes I want to see. Good thing is my workouts seem to be getting a little easier (time to change those up).

2 Cookies is not that bad, and you can't see them in your belly you think that, but don't punish yourself, you are doing great :)

The next time you are tempted, you can remember this feeling of regret and remind yourself, "It's totally not worth it!" Good for you for stopping at two!
