I had a bit of a breakthrough today after a very long talk with my brother. I look up to him for many reasons, one of them being how physically fit he is. What I like about his lifestyle is that he doesn't starve himself or cut out foods that he loves. He just tries to eat fresh organic food that he cooks. Its great.

From that momentum, I made an amazing salad for dinner to go with this turkey noodle bake. My goal was to eat more salad than noodle bake and I think I accomplished it. Plus with my homemade dressing I think it was way better for me. I have also upped my exercise. I am going to the gym 6 days a week, plus trying to do an hour of the elliptical at home. I am feeling great and seem to be able to concentrate more when at work and school. SO COOL!
