Hi everyone. I am a 24 year old graduate student in CA. My weight has fluctuated all over the place since being in college. At my lowest I was a very shocking and unhealthy 75 pounds (yikes!). Now I am up to 150 and want to start taking the time to get healthy again. I am working out (and starting to love it) and trying to eat healthy, which is sometimes hard on a grad student salary and hectic schedule.
On a side note, I suffer from a disease that slows my progress. I have ectopic junctional atrial tachycardia.. which is a lot of words for I have a fast heart rate. This makes cardio exercise slow going. I have having surgery in 16 days to try to correct the problem, so wish me luck!
