Went a little crazy on the sushi last night.
162.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 January 2011:
1807 kcal Fat: 74.91g | Prot: 101.56g | Carb: 190.35g.   Breakfast: whole foods granola, pink lady apple, cherries, cranberry green tea, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), flax seeds. Lunch: teriyaki sauce, stir fry vegetables, chicken. Dinner: au jus, carrots, red potatoes, chuck roast. Snacks/Other: sugar, 1% milk, apple, Lindt 85% chocolate, raisins, cashews. more...
gaining 4.2 lb a week

Oh, yeah, buckwild!! Been known to do that myself from time to time!! That may be why I step away from the sushi now! lol

Well, it is fish, so it's good for us, right? Maybe not 5 lbs at a time, but at least it's not pie! ;)

I LOVE sushi.. I can have it everyday. Yes, way better than pie! Look at how slim most of Japanese are and they hardly touch pies:) Happy Sunday to you, coco!
