Today is going to be rough! I am trying to work more fruit into my diet and had a smoothie. I am really hungry right now though. Might have to head to lunch early :)

Mmm, smoothies. Hope you get rid of those hunger pangs! Could also just be that you're thirsty. Drink more water!

Lately what's helped me when I'm having that annoying ravenous feeling is a small spoonful of peanut butter or a teaspoon of oil on healthy bread. I feel satisfied for hours! And of course, that water always helps, like Lala says!

debbra! how funny you should suggest peanut butter b/c that is what I had! LOL. No bread though, right out of the jar :)

The peanut butter I like right out of the jar also. But the oil I dribble on a piece of bread. Yum!
