I made it through day 2. This weekend will be a challenge. I am going to plan ahead and make sure that I have plenty of food for when I get a munchy mood. That is usually my down-fall.
165.5 lb Lost so far: 49.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
