well, seems what i'm doing is working!!!! I am so siked! Well, i am going to shoot for a goal here inspired by my one of friends who's phyisical fitness is something to admire!

i am going to shoot for a goal loss of 3.5lbs this week. that will take me out of the 170's!!!!!! well, let's wait and see!
173.5 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
