WELL, I REALLY REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO EXERCISE LAST NIGHT....BUT....I DID IT ANYWAY...

ANOTHER 90 MINUTES ON THE TREADMILL WHILE WATCHING AMERICAN IDOL...HAHA YEAH I KNOW BUT TV GETS ME THROUGH THE WORK OUT. I PUT THE TREADMILL IN THE LIVING ROOM BECAUSE I KNEW IF I DIDN'T I WOULDN'T USE IT! AND WAS I RIGHT. I DIDN'T GET ON IT TILL I MOVED IT! HEHE ANYWAY, I REALLY HOPE TO SEE SOME SIGNIFICANT WEIGHT LOSS SOON SO I DON'T GET DISCOURAGED! WITH MY "FEMALE" VISITOR COMING TOMORROW...ITS GONNA BE HARD TO RESIST THE CRAVINGS!!!!!!!!!
