The past few weeks I've been having a sandwich & soup for lunch. Which I feel might have helped the weight loss along with going to the gym @ least 3 times a week @ 5am before work! I've slacked off this week but I'm gonna get back on track today @ go.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
