I sit at a desk for 8 1/2hrs which gives me the urge to snack all day & not on the good stuff. My goal here is to use this tool to help get my diabetes & weight under control.

Fiber one bars at night?
I'm a diabetic as well & about a month ago I had the same problem of getting low blood sugars at night. I went to my doctor and she referred me to an Endocrinologist who put me on some new medicine called invokana. My blood sugars are more controlled & they don't drop any more. Maybe you can talk to your doctor about adjusting your medicine. I also use to eat the carmel fiber one bars they are really good.
