So how did I lose 3 pounds this week after eating a whole cherry pie...yes a whole cherry pie, albeit over three days I still did and have TOM right now UGH. Miracles do happen I guess...feeling good did a double workout today and I am sore...finally about back to normal after the injury. Certain things are still causing soreness but that is all part of the day to day. Hubby has joined FS and there is a little friendly competition going on....he got 10 lbs his first week. I have already learned a lesson..You don't compete with men when it comes to weight loss...women will lose every time. But there is nothing wrong with supporting eachother. Have a great week everyone....I hope to as well!

At least you got your fruit intake over those three days. lol Steve will blow us away pound wise, but I wonder about percentage wise.
