Staying on track. Big race tomorrow, just a short one in downtown Roanoke but involves climbing 1000 + stairs in 4 different buildings. I pre-ran the course today. Going to be lots of fun. Next week is trail marathon in NC. Nutrition is on track, still maintaining about 1700 calories a a day. New running shoes arrived yesterday. Altra olympus. I'm interested to see what all the fuss is about max cushion. I've been running in Altra Lone Peaks for the past two years and love then, just want a little more cushion for the longer distances.
